The investment opportunities presented on the Platform are based on participatory loans and are provided to investors for informational purposes only. The investor User assumes entirely the risk derived from their investment decisions and is responsible for evaluating the opportunities according to their own financial situation, objectives and risk level. Head Hunter Inmobiliario does not guarantee the economic viability or success of the real estate projects presented on the Platform.
The Owner does everything possible to improve and expand Head Hunter Inmobiliario, as well as its content and the services offered. However, the website will be displayed "as is" according to its availability and limitations at any given time.
These conditions are signed by Head Hunter Inmobiliario and the User who completes the registration process. Those users who meet the established legal requirements, including legal representation if applicable, and complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process may register as "Investors". Head Hunter Inmobiliario reserves the right to verify the identity of the User at any time and may unsubscribe the User if non-compliance is detected.
In accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, contracts entered into electronically between Head Hunter Inmobiliario and users will be valid and will produce all legal effects. Acceptance of these terms and conditions during registration constitutes valid consent for the contracting of the services offered.
This contract will have a duration equivalent to the validity of the participatory loan with a maximum term of five (5) years, unless the parties agree otherwise or early termination occurs due to serious breach of contractual obligations. If a friendly agreement is not reached, both parties submit to Spanish law and to the courts and tribunals of Valencia, unless the user is a consumer, in which case they will submit to the courts of their domicile.

The relationships between the Owner and the User are governed by Spanish law. In case of conflict, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Valencia, unless the User has the status of consumer, in which case they will submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile.
